Group Structure > Management

Galldris' is aware of the vital importance of starting off with the right management team for a particular project and therefore, each individual's previous experience and suitability is considered prior to their selection.

Preparation Contract Managers and engineers are selected at a very early stage in the contract negotiations in order that they may familiarize themselves with the complexity of the project in hand, thus becoming involved with the initial planning, programming, preparation of Health and Safety plan, Method Statements, setting up of quality control systems and generally preparing for the contract to ensure an organised and effective start.

Communication An excellent communications system between the Project Management Team on site and the backup from the Service Department of Head Office is in place which ensures that the requisite labour, plant and material resources are made available when required.

Training The introduction of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994, has reemphasised the requirement to employ safe methods of working and to minimize the risks arising on construction projects. Galldris has always adopted a 'Safety First' approach and has now got the satisfaction of knowing they are backed up by appropriate legislation. Galldris's years of experience have provided a wealth of information which is invaluable in determining the safest, fastest and most economical solution to the many problems arising from today's ambitious redevelopment projects.
