The aim of the company is to provide every one of our valued clients with peace of mind. To achieve this we do not sub-let any of the company's core works.

Because of the company's wide range of services, we often complete substantial projects without employing a single specialist sub-contractor. Scaffolding and electrical works are the only services which we subcontract on a regular basis. Each of our subcontractors is carefully chosen and have pre-qualified to ensure they comply with our own high standards.

We believe that our management team and workforce are second to none in terms of experience and ability. Most of our workforce has been employed by us for a number of years and many have over 30 years experience in the industry. We also believe that a loyal and committed workforce is fundamental to our success.

Our policies to ensure this include:

• Employing staff at generous rates of pay

• Providing our workforce with all necessary personal protection equipment including safety helmets, safety boots, gloves, eye protection, ear protection, high visibility clothing and overalls at no extra cost to the individual

• Providing safety training appropriate to the role of each individual and in accordance with HSE guidance
