Galldris has long understood the need for a high level of quality control covering all aspects of the group's activities. The appointment of a Quality Control Manager and successful accreditation to ISO 9001 help to prove the level of commitment demonstrated by the company.
Both on site and within the office environment, a comprehensive quality plan is adhered to, ensuring all staff know what part they play in maintaining and imposing best working practices.
All sub-contractors are made aware of the group's Quality Plan and carefully prepared prequalification procedures are used when selecting sub-contractors. New employees are also made aware of the Quality Plan and as part of their induction plan and continued training are fully aware of the role they play. Regular Audits are carried out both internally and by external bodies to ensure standards are maintained.
