Canada Water Proposed Animation
On behalf of our client, British Land, we are well under way with the restoration of the Canada Water Dock, the works include extensive improvements to wetland habitats, biodiversity, and water quality; a new 170m long pedestrian boardwalk traversing the dock; new seating and steps along the southern edge leading down to the water
Our Planning and BIM team have been using BIM software to enhance the understanding and collaboration among various stakeholders on the project. We have created a phasing and work sequence presentation using our models, which is now available to view on the Canada Water project website:

Working with British Land, we will continue to regularly update our live BIM model and we will use this as a part of the Masterplan model that we are currently compiling.
