Over the past 2 weeks, we have welcomed our latest group of new starters for their corporate induction sessions at the Galldris Head Office in Enfield. Sarah Dent, Head of HR told us “This is a great opportunity for new starters from across the business to meet each other and their Head Office colleagues and ensure that they begin their Galldris journey equipped with the necessary information and support.”

Throughout the induction morning Sarah Dent and Ellie McQuade introduced the employees to the following:

👉🏽Our key markets and their locations (discussion led by Ben Murphy, Operations Director).
👉🏽Health, Safety, Quality & Environment (HSQE).
👉🏽How we add social value to our projects (discussion led by David Wake, Head of Corporate Responsibility and Apprenticeships).
👉🏽The wellbeing support available to help our workers with their physical and mental health.
👉🏽Current major projects.

As part of the tour of the head office, our new starters spent time in the IT department where Hugh Gallagher, Director of Digital Design & Technology led a discussion about “Site Scan” software.

It was great to see new starters from our different sites, including HS2, Canada Water and even our own head office.
