Claremont Park, part of the Brent Cross Town Development, officially opened yesterday.

Galldris were delighted to successfully deliver this town park in partnership with Related Argent and Barnet Council which saw the creation of a great open space for the whole community to enjoy.

Claremont Park encompasses the existing Claremont Way Open Space, that was in need of rejuvenation, to create an expanded 4.5-acre park. It is the first of seven parks that will be delivered in the neighbourhood and will become a key part of Brent Cross Town’s 50 acres of park and playing fields.

The park has the benefits of a wide range of features, including new interactive play areas, contemporary park furniture, a wildlife pond, and shared pedestrian and cycling routes.

Speaking about the opening, Galldris Managing Director, Tom Kerins said:
