Brent Cross Town

Brent Cross Town is a £7bn new town centre development for London, set around 50 acres of parks and playing fields. It will be a major new office destination with 3 million sq ft of office space, 6,700 new homes, student accommodation, restaurants and sports and leisure facilities. It will be directly connected to central London in 12 minutes via its own new railway station.

Brent Cross Town will develop an area of underutilised brownfield and former industrial land in an area that has suffered decades of social decline and relative lack of opportunity.

We have since been awarded the infrastructure framework for this prestigious £7 billion development in North London which will deliver:

• 6,700new homes with a mix of sale, rental and affordable homes
• 3+ million square feet of new office space providing over 25,000 jobs
• 180-acre mixed-use development which will incorporate 50 acres of parks and playing fields

• Demolition of an extensive area of industrial and commercial premises to allow Phase 1 of the regeneration of Brent Cross Town to commence, this included the successful delivery of Exploratory Park, a new public park for the whole community to enjoy.
• Earthworks & remediation across an area of ~11.5 hectares with a total volume of 106,000m3, 99.5% of which was reused on site.
• Design and construction of the new 21,000m2 Claremont Park which included, earthworks, utilities, play equipment, hard and soft landscaping, and a kiosk facility.
• We also installed utilities, district heating and drainage throughout the development including a primary electricity substation.
• Delivered a 16,000m2 basement serving future residential Plots 12, 13, and 14, that includes 357 below ground parking spaces
