Galldris are delighted to be sponsoring the Women into Construction Celebration Event in London tonight at which several Galldris personnel will be in attendance, one of which was recruited from a WiC Programme after a successful work placement.

Women into Construction CIC, is an independent not-for-profit organisation that promotes gender equality in construction.

They provide bespoke support for women wishing to work in the construction industry and assist contractors to recruit highly motivated, trained women, helping to reduce skills gaps and create a more gender-equal workforce.

Recently, we were pleased to support the delivery of a Women into Construction programme, which ultimately resulted in us recruiting Belul Mesfin as a graduate Construction Manager at our Brent Cross Town project who received a certificate recognising her achievements.

Tonight, we will be celebrating the work that Women into Construction are doing to change current perceptions and ensure more women join our industry. It promises to be an evening of celebration and empowerment.
